Villa Paula by Villas Guide

Villa Paula is located in the suburbs of the tourist town of Pula, in a quiet street where, in addition to privacy, you will also have a panoramic view of the city. The villa is newly built with a contemporary exterior and modern interior. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, is designed for 6 people and allows pets.



The villa has an area of 150 m² and extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find an open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with access to the terrace. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals, including coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster, and you don't even have to worry about doing the dishes - there is even a dishwasher. The living room has a large corner sofa, a smart TV with Netflix and stereo speakers. All rooms are air conditioned and have two exits to the outdoor terrace with a swimming pool.



The villa has 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with double beds, TV, wardrobes and a desk, and 1 room also has an exit to the balcony. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the ground floor. There is also a guest toilet.



Given the extremely attractive interior of the villa, we believe that you will want to spend as much time inside as possible, but we also know that when a villa has a swimming pool, the outdoor space still wins. The villa's courtyard area is 250 m² and in addition to the pool, you will find a sun deck, barbecue and seating area. The lawn will be more than enough for a game of badminton, and there is also a table football at your disposal. And for the end we have left a little surprise - on the 1st floor of the villa you will find no less than a jacuzzi. Relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the view - the city, the sea, the sunset. And spend an unforgettable vacation in Pula.



In addition to its amenities, Villa Paula will delight you with its location. It will take you less than 10 minutes by car to get to the city center and the same amount of time to get to the first beach. If you want to take a break from driving, no problem - right next to the villa there is a city bus stop that will take you either to the city or to the beach.
