The holiday apartment was renovated in 2008 and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular because of the view of the panorama from the property and its quiet location. This holiday property is a family-friendly and romantic accommodation. Available for use are: sun loungers, children's playground, swing, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and courtyard. There are 3 outdoor showers, a small children's playground, sun loungers by the pool. Each veranda has a table and chairs outside.
Location
Santa Margherita di Pula. The holiday apartement is located on a enclosed plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The apartment is part of a semi-circular row with a small square and a shared garden. Access to the small square is reserved exclusively for guests of the residence. There are flowerbeds of Mediterranean scrub, all surrounded by a fresh and lush pine forest. The apartment is located in the center of the Pinus Village residential area in Santa Margherita di Pula, nestled in a pine forest, 150 m from the sea. The location is strategically located for visiting the most beautiful beaches of the southwest coast Access is via a field or forest track (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the street in front of the house. The residence has an unguarded private parking space in front of the house, there are also several other public parking spaces in the residential area. The residential area we are in is quite quiet and is mainly frequented by local residents. Therefore there is little traffic on the internal roads.

Air conditioning. Activation of the air conditioning is available upon request and for an additional weekly fee. Children's toys, cot, high chair, and internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception is via satellite. The apartments have an LED TV with a satellite decoder, thus receiving numerous foreign channels.
