We had a amazing vacation. There are so many amazing beaches in a 20km radius. There are very good restaurants close by. The Hotel area is pretty big and beautiful. Staff was always very nice and helpful.

Good size room and very nice bathroom. Bed had a considerable dip on one side but was okay to sleep in. Pool and jacuzzi were excellent. Staff were very helpful. The massages were fantastic and the restaurant was very good.

Beautiful place. Everything worked. Staff were great. Good breakfast. The only negative was the lack of arrival instructions at the gate. We had a difficult time getting in and then out due to an apparently finicky gate mechanism.

The hotel area is lovely and very peaceful. Beautiful scenery all around the hotel. However the standard rooms are very small. We barely had space to place our personal things and luggage.

Clean basic rooms, funky art work. Excellent breakfast and service from all the staff. Staff really need to learn how to promote the business. We had free Spa vouchers that i forgot about and they could of offered us this and to grab a massage. With the excellent food on offer upsell the lunch or dinner...when we tried to get a table they were fully booked rather than offer when we checked in

Great hotel

Great hotel, definitely need a car as a bit remote but overall superb. Nice spa, nice restaurant and rooms were nice as well. Only downside is no where to get any food or snacks between lunch and dinner.

It’s okay, nothing especially wrong, guess we were just expecting better. Our room just looked out onto a path, others overlooked the grounds/vineyards. Room was also noisy, small child in room next door, no soundproofing? Think they could make so much more of the hotel, perhaps have menu for restaurant in the rooms, offer guests a discount in restaurant and spa. Promote wine tasting? Good, but could be better.

A great welcome even though we arrived just before midnight. Room was spacious and super clean as was everywhere else in the hotel. Breakfast basic but okay. Lovely pool area. The spa is probably the best spa I’ve ever been to and I’ve visited a few!

Everybody was great! The director was very kind with us when we arrived very late night and we didnt had dinner yet. He got us a huge plate of hams and cheese and tomatoes. And at the end didnt charge for it. I totally forgot that i had 2 massages for free like Vip access. I just remembered it now that im evaluating this. I dont know wwhat qualifies a hotel 2 or 4 stairs. But this hotel seems to me much more than 3 stars.

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel calme et reposant. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, personnel agréable, piscine magnifique avec son grand bassin et son deuxième bassin jacuzzi. Une touche d'originalité avec ses animaux autour : les enfants adorent !

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir waren zwei Familien, die eine konnte schon vor der Check-in Zeit einziehen, die andere erst deutlich nach der Check-in Zeit. Da wirklich deutlich länger gewartet werden musste wäre eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels schön gewesen. Das war nicht der Fall. Die Anlage selber ist wirklich sehr schön! Man fährt durch ein Tor und an unterschiedlichsten Tieren vorbei, Kamele, Alpakas, Pferde … Super! Parkplätze unter Bäumen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Anlage ist fussläufig

Personale freddo, poco interessato e per niente comunicativo: - Quando salutavamo, spesso eravamo contraccambiati da silenzi o miseri sorrisi. - Al checkout, ne' un "tutto bene", ne' un "buon viaggio" o uno "speriamo di ospitarci di nuovo", nonostante i vari problemi durante il soggiorno. Il 1° giorno abbiamo trovato un lago sotto l'aria cond. Manutenzione arrivata velocemente ma siamo usciti prima che finisse (cena prenotata). Non ci é stato comunicato l'esito ne' per messaggio, né con un biglietto. L'indomani mattina abbiamo messo "non disturbare" alla porta. Al rientro, il non disturbare era in camera, l'aria condizionata accesa e su un'altra modalità, ma la camera non rifatta. Immagino siano entrati per ricontrollare l'aria, ma nessuna comunicazione. Il 3° giorno non c'era corrente per almeno un paio d'ore per un guasto. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Pochissima scelta a pranzo. La struttura ha molti animali; carino per bambini e non. purtroppo l'ultima sera (19:30) abbiamo visto un capretto morto nel recinto. L'indomani mattina, alle 11 il corpo del capretto era ancora nello stesso posto, il che fa pensare a come siano trattati gli animali. Struttura bella, con potenziale ma forse si adagia troppo su un premio vinto in TV. Il prezzo (doppia a 170/notte) esagerato visto il servizio.

Alte aspettative disattese per quanto riguarda il servizio e il personale e vari problemi. Struttura molto bella con molto spazio all'aperto. Camera generalmente pulita ma nella doccia c'era una bustina di gel usata dagli ospiti precedenti. Check-in effettuato prima del previsto (gradito). Personale freddo, poco interessato e per niente comunicativo: - All'arrivo non ci é stato detto niente della Spa (avevamo libero accesso per 90 minuti tramite Hotels). - Quando salutavamo, spesso eravamo contraccambiati da silenzi o miseri sorrisi. - Al checkout, ne' un "tutto bene", ne' un "buon viaggio" o uno "speriamo di ospitarci di nuovo", nonostante i vari problemi durante il soggiorno Al rientro dalla spiaggia il 1° pomeriggio abbiamo trovato un lago sotto l'aria cond. A pranzo solo 3 piatti su 8 erano disponibili e abbiamo dovuto accontentarci con variazioni (mancavano alcuni ingredienti per un piatto e per l'altro il riso venere ci avrebbe messo un po' di tempo per cucinare). L'impressione é che non valesse la pena cucinare solo per 2 persone
