Excellent location!

This is a splendid place to stay. Easy walking distance to all the things in Pula. They have their own app to put on your phone to guide you around the attractions! Staff are superb and very helpful. It feeks safe and sound! Motorcycle parking at reception under cameras. Breakfast is excellent too!

Nice hotel with complementary parking within walking distance of the Roman amphitheatre and the historic city center. Room was spotless and smartly furnished, just like in the photos from the hotel. Easy check in and check out. Simple yet decent breakfast.

Very convenient and modern property. Loved the spaciousness of the room and bathroom. Bed was comfortable and shower good. The staff were exceptional. Not only were they very helpful and friendly, they organised a transfer from the airport. The hotel is a bit 'no frills' in places, e.g. it was impossible - for me at least - to extract the shampoo/bodywash from the wall dispenser, and the towels were a bit too small... but honestly this is real nit-picking. The plusses overwhelmingly outweigh these tiny details. The hotel is located near all the main attractions. as well as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and shops, and more ice cream parlours than you can imagine. I would certainly stay here again.

Parking is free, but a block or so from the hotel and unpaved. The general condition of the parking area is not confidence inspiring, but we had no problems. The room was very clean and tidy, but small. The shower was possibly the smallest I've ever been in, aside from an RV. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The main center by the arena and everything was only a 20 minute walk and if that was too much the hotel staff was happy to book a taxi for you. Uber works in the area which is fantastic otherwise. My room was extremely clean and every hotel staff member was kind and welcoming! My room didn’t have a microwave cause I got a very small one BUT the lady at the front desk used the staff one to heat it up for me! I would say the breakfasts in the morning aren’t something to make sure you’re present for but regardless the effort is appreciated. I enjoyed my stay!

The room size is adequate. However, there is no shelves nor hooks , neither there is any counter space in the washroom. This is very inconvenient that any changing clothes has no place to hang. Lavatory bag had to be left outside. Our room was by the street and quite noisy. Its App is very useful.

No frills hotel, clean but noisy and uncomfortable

Bed was uncomfortable as the mattress springs stick up. One lumpy, thin & unsupportive pillow each, when we asked for more were told there are only enough for one per person! Female receptionist was very dismissive. Walls are lacking soundproofing so you can hear a lot of noises and conversation from adjacent rooms. Breakfast is okay-ish but some elements were dry and hard (cucumber, bread and especially the eggs). We ate early on our last day, but that didn't help.

Avoid this hotel at all your cost. Worst!

The room marked as apartment, we understand it’s going to be like that. But the room has already bare minimum facilities in it, no tables, just one chair, no electronic appliances. Besides, the front desk lady when we were checking out was cold and rude. She looked like we owed her a fortune. She kept asking us to show the different IDs. We have already gave them the passports when checking in . But she insisted there was something wrong and asked to check other IDs. After I showed her my driver licence she finally gave up because I guess she couldn’t figure out what it is anyway, and she waved us away like finally getting rid of a plague. This is the worst hotel ever I encountered after booking hundreds of them via hotels.com over last decade. I strongly suggest avoid this hotel at all cost. Generally speaking Pula isn’t a place that has the tourism service up par to the price it’s charging. If you can, just avoid this city completely.
