Just a few kilometers from the center of the city of Pula and 5-10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the south of Istria, our apartment is in a quiet neighborhood.
The apartment with separate entrance is surrounded by a 1000 sqm, enclosed garden property with meadow and flowers.
The landlord lives in the house (with a separate entrance).
Your apartment has 80 m2 and is suitable for 5 people. The apartment has two bedrooms and the possibility to convert the sofa into a bed. In addition to the dining room and bathroom with shower (1 sink), toilet, bidet, window and washing machine), the apartment has two terraces overlooking the garden.
The kitchen corner in the kitchen has a gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and toaster.
In front of the apartment there is a terrace with garden furniture, garden and grill.
For those who prefer an active vacation nearby (50 m) there is a sports recreation area and children's playground where you can enjoy your favorite sports activities (table tennis, baseball ...). Also just 2 km away is the beautiful forest park Ć ijana, where you can enjoy running and even in the hottest summer days.

super holiday week

The guest family was very friendly. The apartment is clean cam large bright and has two balconies. With the included bikes its very easy to go to Pula and to many nice bays for swimming, walking and many other activities. With in the reach of bikes are many nice places to discover. We and our children enjoyed the stay very much.

Ziemlich perfekt

Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung mit unserer Familie, zu viert. Die Lage ist super, man ist 10 Minuten vom GeschĂ€ften fĂŒr den Alltag weg. StrĂ€nde sind mit dem Auto 15-30 Minuten weg (alles mit dem Auto). Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut geschnitten, hat bequeme Betten und ist klimatisiert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Danke!

So eine Herzliche zuvorkommenheit . Uns wurde Kuchen gebacken und uns sind die Reifen von den FahrrĂ€der kaputt gegangen . Da hat uns der Besitzer die jungs heim gefahren und die RĂ€der nĂ€chste tag geholt und Repariert. Also eine echt Herzlichkeit wo man aufgenommenen wird . Ich werde jeder zeit die unterkunft wieder buchen . Im haus wohnen die Großeltern auch mit dabei und die sind so Herzen gute Menschen . Und die Gastgeber natĂŒrlich auch . Jeder zeit wieder . Und nochmal an die Familie vielen dank fĂŒr die Herzlichkeit

Cozy clean appartment for relaxing holidays

We very much appreciated the Apartment attached to the landlords. Family Utoka are very friendly hospitable hosts. They provide actual Information about activities in and around Pula, give adivice in case you have questions staying otherwise in the background making you feel comfortable. Tolle Gastgeber, saubere und einfache Wohnung

Wir waren sehr gerne in der Ferienwohnung! Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit Informationen sowie kleinen Leckereien begrĂŒĂŸt, das war so schön! Bei Nachfragen hatten wir jederzeit Ansprechpartner und bekamen umgehend das wonach wir gefragt hatten. Die Wohnung selber ist sauber und ordentlich, wenn auch einfach eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. MĂŒckengitter an den Fenstern wĂ€ren sicherlich eine große Aufwertung der Wohnung. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und empfehlen die Wohnung sowie die Gastgeber sehr gerne weiter!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Familie Ukota war sehr sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Wie in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen, ist die Wohnung sehr sauber. Es gibt alles was man braucht. Auf die MĂŒckenproblematik hat die Familie wirksame Gegenmaßnahmen ergriffen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen!

Praktische Ferienwohnung in Pula

Die Kommunikation war zeitnah und die Ferienwohnung sauber und praktisch, soweit alles da, was eine Familie mit Kindern benötigt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig in einem Wohngebiet im östlichen Pula, leider war im September 2023 hinter dem Haus eine Baustelle/Neubau. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig, habe im Schlafzimmer zum Nachbarhaus abends meine Nachbarn sprechen und Fernsehen gehört. Hilfreich war ein naher kleiner Supermarkt und ein Spiel/Sportplatz, beides schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist im 1. OG mit zwei Balkonen. Abends gibt es viele MĂŒcken, wir waren schnell durchgestochen, eine echte MĂŒckenplage. Das hatte nichts mit der Ferienwohnung zu tun, trotzdem wĂ€re ein MĂŒcken-/ Fliegenschutzgitter an den Fenstern sicher eine Aufwertung. WLAN lief super. Alles vorhanden – Geschirr, WohnkĂŒche, Parkplatz – was wir brauchten, und die FahrrĂ€der waren praktisch fĂŒr einen Trip in die Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut in Schuss, eher einfach gehalten und auch nicht neu aber dafĂŒr gutes Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis.

Wundrschöner Urlaub bei einer super netten Gastfamilie

Es hat uns einfach an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren Meganett und sehr freundlich. Die StrÀnde waren teilweise sehr belebt mit Urlaubern aber super schön. Sehr nette Restaurants,keine Sprachbarrieren.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern. Alles vorhanden, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Strand- und Restaurant-Empfehlungen haben wir von unseren Gastgebern erhalten. FahrrÀder konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, da alles Mountain-Bikes und unsere Frauen haben sich geweigert. Ohnehin ist bei fehlenden Radwegen das Radfahren nicht ungefÀhrlich. StrÀnde liegen in ca. 4km-Entfernung und mehr, sind also nur mit Auto zu erreichen. Wenn man bis 10:00 vor Ort ist bekommt man meistens einen Parkplatz.

Schöne Unterkunft und familiÀre AtmosphÀre

Buchung und Kommunikation lief vollkommen unkompliziert. Die Vermieter haben immer sofort auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist gleich in der NĂ€he der schönen StrĂ€nde des Naturschutzgebiets Kap Kamenjak. Wir wurden von Anfang an herzlich begrĂŒĂŸt und von der ganzen Familie nett aufgenommen. Fragen und Bitten kamen die Vermieter sofort nach.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten unglaublich schöne Tage in Kroatien. Die Wohnungen war fĂŒr uns und unsere zwei Kinder perfekt. Alle Angaben haben zugetroffen. Toll gelegen super tolle Vermieter

Alles sauber, Ausstattung ist ok, in 10 min erreicht man verschiedene StrÀnde einen Lidl und das Zentrum von Pula trotzdem sind die NÀchte ruhig. Die Familie hat uns mit frischen Eiern versorgt und Mirko ist mit uns Restaurants und StrÀnde abgefahren. Gegen Schnaken sollte man was dabei haben. Schöner Urlaub, danke gerne wieder.

Gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist in toller ruhiger Lage, perfekter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr verschiedene StrĂ€nde. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bemĂŒht, haben uns viele Tipps fĂŒr Restaurants und StrĂ€nde gegeben. Unser 7jĂ€hriger Sohn hatte viel Freude tĂ€glich die HĂŒhner zu fĂŒttern. Man hat sich richtig aufgehoben in der Familie gefĂŒhlt.

Sehr liebe Vermieter

Die Ferienwohnung war okay. Sie war sauber und erfĂŒllte ihren Zweck. Zwar entsprach sie nicht ganz der Beschreibung, so fehlte z.B. die im Inserat aufgefĂŒhrte Mikrowelle, jedoch war die gesamte Familie von Mirko sehr hilfsbereit und bemĂŒht, den Zustand herzustellen. So wurde die Mikrowelle am nĂ€chsten Tag beschafft und uns zur VerfĂŒgung gestellt. Nicht schön war die MĂŒckenplage, die wir im Haus und in diesem Stadtteil von Pula hatten. Trotz diverser MĂŒckenschutze (auch chemische) hatte ich mehr als 100 MĂŒckenstiche als wir heimreisten. NatĂŒrlich kann niemand was dafĂŒr, aber Insektengitter an den Fenstern wĂ€re vielleicht eine Lösung. Insgesamt waren wir aber zufrieden und können die Wohnung fĂŒr die Reisenden empfehlen, die tagsĂŒber viel unterwegs sind. Es gibt einige schöne StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he (Mirko und seine Familie geben hier auch gerne Empfehlungen) und auch andere touristische AktivitĂ€ten.

Nicht nur gutes Preis-LeistungsverhÀltnis

Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und schnell, auch bzgl. einer spĂ€teren Restzahlung und Einreise wegen Corona. Nette Vermieter und saubere, praktische Wohnung, fĂŒr bis zu 4 Personen am besten geeignet. Geschirr ausreichend, allerdings keine Mikrowelle, was aber durch den Ofen fĂŒr uns kein Problem war. WLAN zur Freude unserer Teenager ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist ruhig, am Ende einer Straße. Pula, sowie mehrere StrĂ€nde sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem PKW leicht erreichbar. Hilfreiche Tipps von den Vermietern bzgl. StrĂ€nden und Restaurants. Abends konnte man auf dem Balkon gut entspannen, aber MĂŒckenschutz ist, wie in Kroatien vielerorts, notwendig. Insgesamt eine fĂŒr deutsche VerhĂ€ltnisse einfacher gehaltene Wohnung, aber mit sehr gutem Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis und freundlichen Vermietern. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Wohnung liegt zentral

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Es ist alles in Wohnung vorhanden ,was man benötigt. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist in der NÀhe. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Heerlijk rustig verblijf in Pula

Na allervriendelijkste ontvangst direct de woning kunnen betrekken. Fietsen gratis ter beschikking zijn een uitkomst ivm locatie. Hierdoor ook goed te boeken voor reizigers zonder eigen vervoer. De gastvrijheid van de eigenaren is ongekend!
