About this property

Villa with garden surrounded by greenery a stone's throw from the sea

  • At km 38.7 of the SS195 is Calaverde, an elegant private village nestled in a splendid pine forest of Mediterranean scrub with tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurant, diving center and of course a beautiful beach where there is, for those who love comfort, an enchanting beach resort on a human scale, a kiosk-bar with rental of sunbeds and umbrellas.

    The house is a small and bright terraced house of 44 square meters built on two floors.
    A ground floor with living room, sofa bed and American kitchen. A first attic floor with double bedroom and bathroom. Outside there is a veranda overlooking the garden where you can eat comfortably.
    The context is very quiet and the beach can be reached on foot (150 meters), allowing you to leave your car in a private parking lot.

    Prices include water, electricity and gas plus bed linen and towels for the bathroom.

    -The WiFi hotspot is located at the entrance of the village.
