Wonderful Holiday Home in Pula

Traditional stone villa, situated in a small village, about 4 km away from the sea, on the middle of lower tip of peninsula. You can access the best beaches of Istria: Pomer, Banjole, Pješčana Uvala, Medulin, Ližnjan, Šišan, Verudela' & 'Valkane in Pula within a drive. Fresh bread rolls are available in the nearest grocery store, 400 m away. Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish can be procured from the centre, 6 km away. Sijana Forest at Pula, Levan Island Nature Park and Brijuni Islands, Nature Park are fun sights and can be accessed after a drive. Enjoy a leisurely brunch sitting on your terrace or private courtyard. The view into the fenced private green garden is an added delight. There is a shower outside to wash off all the sand as you return from the beach. We offer a very special deal for those who want to live here for a longer duration. Mrs. Bianca will be here to host you and help you with questions. You have options to hunt as well, we will help you procure the license.
