In the past years, we stayed in numurous hotels in JB and more in other Asian countries, Renaissance Hotel JB was the only hotel that granted late check-out up to 2.00pm for all the 4 rooms I booked. We are 4 retired couples travelling at average of 5 times a year from 2022 till now and more to come."

"For vegetarian guest a combination of harsh brown and bake beans. If harsh brown is not to be served then roasted potatoes with beans. With my experience the harsh brown was replaced with sausages."

"We arrived early (11am) and the staff helped us to hasten the check in. Instead of 3pm, they helped us to settle down with our weary children at around 1pm instead. They also provided us with Brolly when we were stuck due to a rain."
