Went to 2nd room at 3 rd floor, the room key was not working. Went down and i told to them the issue.. they say impossible. Later they came up with me and saw the issue... they gave another key to go into the room... image the trouble that i went through. Room noisy from outside.. pub, eyc. As as...

"Stayed in a twin room. Everything was ok except for the small and narrow toilet which means the whole toilet gets wet after showering. The shower is right in front of the door, so we had to be careful not to spray water at the door or else the floor outside might get wet. Also, the shower is handheld... which is inconvenient. The worst is the amount of mold on the toilet floor and on the shower hose. This is easy to clean off with some bleach or scrubbing so I wish more effort was put into...

"Management was accommodating to our request. However, amenities like shampoo, dishwashing liquid and sponge were not replenished. Fridge of this unit gave very loud noise. Hopefully you might want to look into this. Overall stay is okay in terms of location and to access the unit. "

"Location of the apartment is good , walking distance to IOI mall. Unfortunately the sound proof was very poor. The whole night u can hear door slamming and the traffic from the main road. Not suitable for light sleeper. "
