"The property is very dated. The room had a musty smell to it and was not very clean. The walls are very thin and the floor above squeaks as people walk around and we unfortunately had people who walked around a lot and all hours of the night."

"The Gillhouse recently was remodeled. The rooms have new carpet, bathroom tile, vanity, paint or wallpaper. The rooms had new HVAC systems, TVs, ceiling fans and new windows with the privacy shade built in. They room style is modern. The property is right on Henderson Bay with beautiful view of the bay from the back porches and restaurant. Since we stayed late or off season the Gillhouse was quiet.
