In the district of Rodda/Clavora 10 km from the centre of San Pietro al Natisone, 16 km from the centre of Cividale, 32 km from the centre of Udine, in a quiet position, 70 km from the sea, 5 km from the river. Private: property, terraced garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow. Garden furniture, fireplace. In the house: sauna. Motor access (4.5 km mountain road). Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Grocery 10 km, supermarket 16 km, bar 5 km, bus stop 4.5 km, sandy beach "Grado" 70 km, shingle beach "Fiume Natisone" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Kobarid-Soca Valley 21 km. There are 3 e-bikes for free available for our guests. The owner is a passionate woodcarver and has decorated the house with his handmade masks.
4-room house 98 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, dining table and digital TV. Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom. (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with wood-burning stove. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms. Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Garden. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Please note: non-smoking house.
