This luxurious Villa Andrea in Punat was created for a dream vacation, can accommodate up to 12 people, and is located only 50 m from the sea, this villa is a true Mediterranean oasis. Just a few steps from the beautiful beaches, this villa with a private pool in the outdoor area consists of a sun deck, barbecue, and outdoor dining area provided for lunch, but also dinner on warm summer nights. Next to the pool, there is a lounge with parasols great for socializing in the daytime and evening. The interior of the villa is connected to the terrace and consists of a modern living room, kitchen, and dining room. Punat Vacation

Property location was perfect. Short walk to stores and restaurants. The house had everything that was needed for a great vacation.
Stayed 7 nights in May 2022
