My room was always kept in pristine condition, and I deeply appreciated the care put into maintaining it each day. Sobha, who looked after my room, was exceptional. Her attention to detail and thoughtful approach were evident in everything she did. The small gestures—fresh flowers, neatly arranged amenities, and the fun, creatively folded towels—always brought a smile to my face. These personal touches made the space feel warm and welcoming, almost like a home away from home. Overall, the service, warmth, and genuine hospitality I experienced throughout my stay exceeded every expectation. It’s these memorable moments and thoughtful details that remind me why Hyatt remains one of my top choices whenever I travel."

"The room was very good and the hotel is in very good condition. The breakfast and the serving staff was very good. The one big negative was that their Wifi did not work through our stay and the front desk staff were least interested in helping us out. Dont know if it was an one off but for us not having a local data connection, the lack of Wifi was a big negative"

"Room was clean however the furniture was dated. Room was stated to be 28 sq mt but seemed much smaller. Buffet dinner food in the main restaurant was extremely sad and not worth the price. Staff was prompt and courteous but the room service boys were raw in their communication. I didn't raise any complaints but I did get a feedback call a few days later where the hotel management wanted a detailed feedback so that felt genuine."
