"It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful."

"Maison en bon état mais équipement à disposition limité: niveau vaisselle pas de bols, verres à vin, services à salade, ciseaux, éplucheur,... pas d’aspirateur, éponge ou brosse vaisselle. Le ménage était sommaire (table salle à manger en verre pleine de traces et résidus alimentaires dans rainure, bonde douche probablement pas nettoyée de la saison, carton rouleau PQ vide derrière les WC, toiles d’araignée, poussière sous les meubles, en période Covid-19 on d’attend à un nettoyage soigneux...

"House and location are okay. Not as exclusive as stated in the online description. We estimate the photos are 10 years old. The sea view is gone due to the trees in the garden of the neighbors. The worst is a poor set of kitchen and BBQ appliances are missing which simpler houses have automatically. The local agency did not get permission to adjust the requested equipments."

"Alles soweit gut, Lage sehr ruhig an Natur Reservat angrenzend. Agentur vor Ort hat sich gezeigt, niemand hat das Haus übergeben und abgenommen, auch nicht erklärt wie die Heizung funktioniert. Keine Info an welchem Tag welcher Kehricht abgeführt wird. Wir mussten zuletzt alles mitnehmen. Auf der Abrechnung wurde ein Abzug vorgenommen für Bettwäsche, die wir selber mitgenommen hatten Elba ist unglaublich schön. Der Gartzwar super und das Häuschen praktisch. Betreuung vor Ort nicht existiert und...
