"Our stay at Casa Malca was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for, and that feeling stayed with us throughout our entire stay. The property itself is truly unique — a perfect mix of art, design, and nature. It has a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to disconnect and simply enjoy the surroundings. Every corner of the resort feels thoughtfully curated, yet warm and inviting at the same time. Our room was huge, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, making it easy to unwind and get a great night’s sleep after long days by the sea. The staff was exceptional — genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. From the front desk team to the restaurant staff and the people working on the beach, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. The beach was beautiful, with soft sand and stunning views. Even though there were waves during our stay, it only added to the charm and natural beauty of the setting. Overall, Casa Malca is a special place that offers a perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, and character. We left with amazing memories and would absolutely love to return."

All the staff from the front desk, to waiters to security were all fantastic and happy to see us. The food was absolutely amazing and above expectations. 10/10. "Really great location. Felt like I was on my own deserted island. Room was like an island treehouse. Listening to the ocean at night on my own deck was amazing. Food was excellent and great staff made this a very enjoyable stay. If I’m ever back at Tulum beach I will know where to stay!"
