Es un hotel súper limpio, cómodo, con comida muy rica y el servicio de primera. Con vista al mar y al muelle está precioso es mi segunda estadía en este hotel y creo que no será la última.

I have stayed at Flamingo Cancun 8 times over the past 30 years. The bigger resorts are swankier, but i like the smaller size of Flamingo. I'm not worn out walking back & forth from my room to the beach.

It is a beautiful 'resort' where we felt safe the whole time. It is also a timeshare property so everywhere you go they ask for your room number to verify your all inclusive (even though you do have wristbands). The service was either amazing or they didn't care to be there. Hit or miss no matter how nice we were. The cleaning staff was amazing. Out of the five restaurants, only two are included, nothing special. The buffet was good, great to have food available all day but wasn't the greatest. All in all, a nice place.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The staff were always so helpful and the restaurant and food options were great! We had no hot water most of the stay which was kind of disappointing. Also, we had poor signal in our area of the resort so no television the last few days of our stay. We will definitely be returning even with the minor setbacks.
