"It has all the amenities and beach access of a larger resort with a small resort atmosphere.the service was great the staff was friendly and attentive and it was near a convenience store for basic essentials although a larger resort has more socializing you get direct beach access, music, and service and the pool was very clean.Everything youd expect in a tulum resort...rooms were very comfy however it needed a litle more comfortable seating for those that enjoy breaks from playa indoors.."

"We absolutely loved our syay at Umi tulum. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they even upgraded our room to a beautiful beach front room ! Breakfasts each morning were delicious and cooked to order. The d.j sets at 2pm each day were a great vibe. We feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful property."

"We visited recently for 6 times in Tulum . This is our destination every year for anniversary and birthday celebrations. We loved everything, staff is great , Camila at the host desk is absolutely sweetheart. Food is always delicious and drinks on top . "Cute property. Well maintained. Staff courteous and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and simple, not many options. Rooms clean and beautifully decorated. Close to restaurants walkable felt safe in the area. The view was magnificent. You could walk out directly to the beach, which was just a few steps away. View were welcomed with a bottle of champagne on arrival. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is the mosquitoes, but the staff used citronella candles and offered bug repellent lotion/sprays. We visited in September, but apparently that is a breeding season of the mosquitoes. I don’t know if some sort of mosquito repellent sprays by pest control could be done. But overall pleasant stay. Will definitely come back and stay at the property.."
