"We booked the Excellence Club but didn't feel as if the welcoming staff there prepared us for how to best get around and use the resort property. We didn't learn about the app until we asked someone hours later about the various restaurants on property."

"We stayed at Lopesan Costa Bávaro for our family vacation to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday. Unfortunately, our stay did not start as expected. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel had experienced a power outage and ongoing air conditioning issues. The room we were initially assigned did not have working A/C, making it very uncomfortable. We also did not receive the room category we had originally booked and paid for. After reporting the issue, the hotel staff worked to resolve it and eventually relocated us to another room with functioning air conditioning. While the replacement room was a lower category than our original reservation, the hotel acknowledged the inconvenience and said they would compensate us by refunding the room category difference and one night's stay. Once we were moved, we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The resort itself is beautiful, the pools and beach are excellent, and many of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Although the beginning of our stay was disappointing, I appreciate that the hotel took responsibility and offered a fair resolution."

"The grounds is beautiful and clean well maintained There is many pools love that with swim up bars and lots of your favorite liquid There are many restaurants to choose from but if you are a large group like we where you may want to let Resort know we where 18 and things went slow ! Rooms are amazing and spacious Room service after 12am was bad even though it stated 24 hours in adult only side no one answered after 12pm But the staff was friendly and supportive Our butler Juan our new family was amazing making our vacation amazing! We had a medical Emergency over there even though it was difficult in another country . To the best of there ability the where very supportive. That you Majestic Mirage DR"
