Playa Turquesa D-402 Premier Beachfront Ocean View with 50mbps Wifi

  • This one bedroom, two bathroom Penthouse condo is in prime position within the beachfront community. Overlooking the oceanside pool area, and fabulous views onto the beach. It doesn't get any better than this. Amazing views, amazing breeze, amazing sunrises. Downstairs on the main level you have a fully fitted kitchen, laundry area, and guest bathroom. Master bedroom with king bed, and its own ensuite bathroom. Large terrace that you will never wish to leave. Upstairs in the open loft/mezzanine area you have room for extra guests with a queen bed. Outside rooftop terrace. Please be advised that the jacuzzi tub on the rooftop has now been removed (April 2022)
    Electricity is extra, you pay for full usage at check out in cash USD. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking. The beach restaurant is closed until further notice
