"Worst customer service, they said they will help but no one ever came to help. The waiters were borderline rude. Also, they gave us the wrong room, we booked a double bed but when we checked in, they said they don’t have any available. Like how is that possible if we have the reservation. The beddings also smell, like they weren’t dried properly. "

"The hotel is very nice, and I appreciate the service. However, the restaurants are limited, with few drink options. The lunch time at the main restaurant is very short. I was almost prevented from sitting down to have lunch because a waiter said they were already cleaning the area."

"Check in and check out process us the worst. Transportation inside the property average at best. Food is mediocre in every restaurant including the buffet. Staff is a hit and miss. Everyone looks like they hate working there. "

"Room was clean , the service was grate. Lots of place to seat by pool .we enjoyed the french /gormate restaurant as well as Restaurant 9. Buffet and bar by beach was very comfortable. "

"The resort grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the room was clean. The pool water was also clean and enjoyable. However, the service needs improvement. Some staff were not very welcoming, and I experienced long wait times to be served. The adult side buffet had limited options compared to the main one. The adult pool was very quiet and lacked energy, and overall the resort could use more entertainment. Overall, it’s a nice property, but better service and more options would improve the experience."

"The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the Indian restaurant. Staff was wonderful, the main lobby had a strange scent as you entered. However the drinks were great. I had a wonderful stay."

"Assistant Carlos - I asked to make restaurant reservations for 6-7pm, we are 2 little kids, like 3 weeks before arriving, somehow he scheduled for 7:45, 8:45 etc. Rooms are old, wet inside, ACs leaking, 2 times issues with safebox. Need restoration. Staff do not speaking minimum English language. For the same amount of money, we had much better experience in another Punta Cana hotel."
