Playa Turquesa O-304 Premier Beachfront Pool View 85mbps wifi

  • Beautifully renovated (2021) one bedroom, two bathroom property on the third floor, overlooking the first pool area. First class furnishings, inverter split airconditioners, high speed fiber optic internet and beautiful extended brand new kitchen. This condo is new to the rental market. Furnished to a high standard with leather sofa which has electric recliner chaise, large screen smart TV. Laundry area, with a washing machine (no dryer but there is a retractable clothes dryer on the balcony) The second bathroom has toilet and handbasin and storage unit. Kind bed and plenty of storage space and full window overlooking the pool. Outside the balcony is large with plenty of room to enjoy the peace and tranquility overlooking the pool. BBQ, and electric sun awning. Keyless entry door
    Electricity is charged separately/you pay your full consumption at check out. Short term renters may not have guests that were not part of the original booking, The beach restaurant is closed until further notice
