Villa Luna Nueva is a contemporary oceanfront villa inside one of Mexico's most luxurious resorts. Punta Mita, , is a gated community with 2 Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses, the Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita, The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort, the St. Regis Remede Spa and the Punta Mita Tennis, PickleBall and Fitness Center.

Villa Luna Nueva has views of the Pacific Ocean, and the surrounding hillsides of Punta Mita and Nuevo Vallarta, in the Bahia de Banderas.
