- Membership includes access to the resort clubhouse amenities with additional cost for membership card paid upon arrival to HOA.
- Golf membership transfer is $200 for one month, $300 for two months, $400 for three or more months cost covered by the owner when requested by the guest.
- Clubhouse membership transfer is $150 cost covered by the owner required for access to the clubhouse and amenities.
- Membership covers two adults in the same household address only. Children under 21 with same address included.
- Guests not in the same household may accompany member when using clubhouse.
- Additional Fees payable to HOA at clubhouse upon arrival for stay- $10 per person for the clubhouse access card. $25 for permanent barcode (not applicable for rental cars) for gate access. Prices subject to change and must be confirmed with the clubhouse.
- NOTICE: The office is closed Saturdays and Sundays. Amenity cards can be picked up Monday thru Friday from 1pm-4pm.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
