Only one mile to downtown, there's no shortage of things to do and sights to see! Tour Laishley Park, Peace River Wildlife Center, and Port Charlotte Beach Park, all within a 10-mile radius. Spend your days on the white sands of the nearby beach and forget all of your troubles, coming home and relaxing in the pool on the lanai.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. Make your way along the tile floor to relax on the plush furniture, stream your favorite movies on the large TV, or eat home-cooked meals at the formal dining table. The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the sophisticated kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats six. Three spacious bedrooms ensure that everyone will get a comfortable night's rest from the day's adventures, each boasting a smart TV for private viewing. Challenge your loved ones to a friendly competition on the pool table on the lanai, where you can have brunch or chit-chat until the stars come out to dot the sky.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Ring doorbell at the front door and at every corner of the property covering the perimeter.

Dock details: Guests can use the dock to stand, sit, or fish. Boat lift is not available for guest use and boat docking is not permitted. Due to multiple factors beyond Vacasa's control, we cannot guarantee a safe docking of any water crafts. DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
