Beautiful and spacious high-end condo with breathtaking views fully supplied with all your needs, for relaxing, fishing, swimming, sun bathing, outdoor grilling, tele-commuting, gym in the building, sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, great Florida living style of sun and fun. Watch the manatees and dolphins play off of your screened-in lanai furnished for relaxing and dinner meal time or relaxing with a glass of champagne. Bedroom furniture is all new, with Florida style decor for beach living and boating. A great place to escape and get away, where if needed every room has a workstation to meet those needs. Every room has a television for each person's specific favorite viewing. For families, an instant crib is available. The King Bed in 3rd bedroom can convert into twin beds for those needs. A covered parking garage space is provided for your convenience.
