Super Unterkunft, super Urlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Es gibt viele tolle Wanderungen, die auch direkt von der Unterkunft aus gestartet werden können. Und danach lädt die Terasse zum Entspannen ein.

Wunderbar erholsamer November-Urlaub

Super gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Wir waren zu zweit dort und der Platz in dem Haus war mehr als ausreichend. Die Kommunikation und Abholung durch den Hausverwalter Spyros hat hervorragend funktioniert und auch die Abreise war super unkompliziert. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal auf La Palma und hatten beim letzten Mal ein Ferienhaus in Las Tricias (Nähe Puntagorda) - dieses Mal war die Lage im Vergleich nicht gaaanz so perfekt, da man eben doch auch auf die landwirtschaftlichen Anbaugebiete inklusive umherwehender abgerissener Netze etc. schaut und ganz in der Nähe des Hauses das Grundstück eines neuen Ferienhauses gestaltet wird. Dort wurde täglich (selbst am Sonntag) mit Baggern gearbeitet. Das war ein bisschen schade, aber wir haben uns dann einfach auf der sehr geräumigen Terasse in den Windschatten des Hauses gesetzt. Dort war es dann schon deutlich leiser. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau und an sich ist Puntagorda als Standort für einen Urlaub auf La Palma hervorragend geeignet- das Wetter ist hier meistens perfekt, man kann vom Haus aus bereits loswandern und ganz verschiedene Touren machen (sowohl zum Meer als auch zur Caldera hoch). Insgesamt also absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub dort.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben die ausgesprochen ruhige, sonnige und mit einem sensationellen Meerblick ausgestattete Casita sehr genießen können. Das kleine Haus ist neu, komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet. Uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft bietet sich darüber hinaus bestens für zahlreiche schöne Wanderungen im Norden der Insel an. Der nahegelegene Ortskern von Puntagorda ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar und ermöglicht mit seinen 3 Supermärkten schnelle Einkäufe und Infrastruktur. Mit Spyros haben wir einen sehr netten und freundlichen Gastgeber kennengelernt, der uns vor Ort bestens „betreut“ hat und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand! Herzlichen Dank vor allem fürs „Abholen“ an der Tankstelle! Das Haus liegt inmitten von Plantagen und Ackerfeldern, so dass man hin und wieder Traktoren oder Maschinengeräusche wahrnimmt. Diese und auch die sehr seltenen Starts und Landungen der nahegelegenen Rettungshubschrauber-Staffel (wir hatten deren 3 in 18 Tagen!) störten aber nicht unseren sehr schönen Urlaub in der Casita del Horizonte. Allenfalls auf das nervige Gebell und Geheule (Vollmond!) der Hunde der Gegend (in der Nacht und am frühen Morgen) hätten wir gerne verzichtet. Aber so ist halt die „Natur“…

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung inmitten der Natur und mit grandiosem Blick auf das Meer

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Casita del Horizonte sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles fast noch schöner, als auf den Bildern zu sehen ist, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir waren zum wandern auf der Insel und tagsüber immer unterwegs, zu der Zeit, als wir da waren (im November), war es morgens und abends zu windig auf der Teresa zu sitzen, aber durch das tolle Panoramafenster, hat man auch vom Esstisch einen tollen Blick. Man sollte allerdings ein Auto haben, denn zu Fuß ist es ein ganzes Stück stramm Bergauf nach Puntagorda und wenn man abends doch zu Fuß gehen wollte, sollte man Taschenlampen mitnehmen (haben wir gemacht, ein schöner Abendspaziergang). Die Straße zur Casita ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber wir haben uns ganz gut daran gewöhnt. Eine Kleinigkeit hat uns nicht so gut gefallen: Außerhalb der Casita waren sehr viele kleine Tausendfüßler unterwegs. Aber alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt, und der Nordwesten La Palmas ist auch ein wunderschöne Region.
