8.2/10 Very good! (1,008 reviews)
The hotel was poorly maintained and dirty throughout. The air conditioning did not work despite the heat, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. We were told to open the windows, but there were no mosquito screens. Several mosquitoes came in within minutes, leaving us with bites and spending our time trying to kill them. A very disappointing stay.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (358 reviews)
Book this hotel! It’s incredible!! The staff are so kind and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous and spacious and the outdoor spaces are incredible. The restaurants are also amazing. It’s about a 15-20 min walk from the main attractions but is tucked away on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. We cannot wait to come back!!!

7/10 Good! (937 reviews)
"The staff is really good and that's the only thing good about it. Shower wasn't working, the door of the washroom wasn't getting locked, the carpet were really dirty and they all smell very bad and the lighting was so dim like you were in 20th century."
