"Very nice apartment close to the lake of Como. The apartment is clean, very spaceous and all you need from cleaning tabs and coffee machine to extra pillows and diverse equipment etc were included. We received a bottle of wine as welcome gift as well. Nice gesture from the landlord who is really nice and always helpful. There were also a few toys fir the kids in the apartment and a ball to play outside the door in a lovely small garden. "

"Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Tiziana’s home. Civenna is a very nice, beautiful little town. The apartament is very cozy, perfect for a family or couple. Tiziana is a great women, kind and helpful. We had a problem with our rent car and she helped us without a second thought. Definitely you need to have a car cause to get to Civenna from Bellagio is a bit hard without it. Cons: Nothing. Everything was very good."

"Wir hatten mit unserer Familie einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert und entspannt, der Preis war für das Gebotene mehr als fair. Die Wohnung ist äußerst sauber, modern und wirkt, als wäre sie erst vor Kurzem komplett neu eingerichtet worden. Besonders im Sommer sind die Klimaanlagen ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Ausblick ist genauso traumhaft wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die etwas Ruhe genießen möchten, ohne auf eine gute Anbindung...

"This was right in the town and perfect for walking. There is a bar outside the apartment that can get quite loud but only until Midnight so don't worry, the location makes up for that. Make sure you get clear instructions on the front na apartment door locks because it was tricky- especially after a few Spritz's The view is much better than the photos show and it is very spacious. Highly recommend!"

"Property was wonderful and in a scenic location but being there without a car limited our access to the lake itself. Would highly recommend to guests with a car but would choose something closer to train station if traveling by public transport"
