I stayed at Maverick Apartments Budapest recently and had a decent overall experience. The room itself was okay — not amazing, but not bad either. The building is clearly quite old and historic, which gives it character, but it also explains why the rooms probably aren’t heavily renovated. Because of that, some things felt a bit worn. The washroom had a strong smell, and the toilet flush button was broken during my stay. I assume these issues come with maintaining an older property, though they were still noticeable. On the positive side, the location is excellent — you’re basically close to everything, which makes exploring the city very convenient. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, which definitely improved the stay. Overall, it’s a reasonable place if you mainly want a great location and don’t mind a few imperfections in the room.

A lovely property that we would definitely consider again! Well located and very close to the river and hence a nice walk to the attractions Excellent room and amenities Breakfast was superb with hot items and some dishes made to order The breakfast hall was a sight to see Since we had an early checkout, they were kind enough to pack a wonderful "breakfast to go"

the staff was overwhelmingly kind and helpful. We had a great breakfast in the cafe. they even let us borrow a wheelchair for a quick tour of Budapest. AMAZING STAFF!
