50 kilometres from Tauranga, Hamilton & Rotorua all great for day trips.
Remember Eclectic Tirau is only eight klms down State highway one North and Taupo less than 100 klms south down State Highway one.
Cooking facilities available in the kitchen with outdoor table and chairs for those long summer nights. Also Fidge with small freezer unit, microwave oven & Benchtop cooker.
A swing for the children if they are game.
Across the road at the park is an electric Barbeque open every day.
Blue Spring walkway just down the road and Sanctuary Mountain open every day including early for morning bird song.

Short stay in Putaruru
Nice little apartment in Putaruru. Host welcomed us on arrival and showed us where everything was in the apartment. Good place to stay if you ever need to visit Putaruru.
