"L’appartement qui nous a été réservé est indigne pour loger des porcs malades. Puanteur, poussière, peinture arrachée, ampoules cassées, grosses araignées dans leurs toiles. C’est la nuit la plus horrible offerte à ma famille. Nous avons toussé pendant toute la nuit. Larrivée tardive ne nous a pas permis de refuser cet immondice. "

"After a couple of months staying in various quirky medieval somewhat renovated lodgings this was a real delight - modern, clean and very comfortable. And the proprietors, couldn't meet nicer and helpful people, not to mention the authentic deli thay have downstairs. Highly recommended."

"The room was clean and had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The food in the restaurant was so tasty and I would recommend eating there. The bathroom was a little small and the wifi was a little spotty but overall the stay was good. "

"Niveau confort et propreté des chambres, rien à dire. Par contre quelques déceptions. Contrairement à ce qui est annoncé il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. C'est stationnement gratuit mais dans les rues et en saison c'est compliqué. On devait avoir vu sur le parc, donc nous pensions avoir du calme !!! Pas du tout. Il n'y a pas de parc, c'est vu sur une église entourée d'arbres, mais surtout séparée de l'hôtel par une rue très passante et terrasses de café restaurant. Donc pas du tout calme....

"Family of 4 short stay - we had a lovely 4 days at Le Panorama. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The lounge and dining area are very relaxing and welcoming. The rooms are ok. In need of a little modernizing but were warm and functional. The swimming pool was at the end of a strange spiral staircase but the water was warm and good after skiing. Good location with easy access to town."

"Value for money, we did not pay a lot so did not expect a lot but were pleasantly suprised. Standard room, no fuss, bit dated, but despite being in center of town quiet. We do not mind coming back. Parking a bit of a challenge though so keep that in mind, old town, small streets."

"We booked this accommodation for 4 adults and 3 children, but there were only sleeping places and breakfast provided for 6 people. This was already unacceptable, but it gets worse: the place was also dirty, clearly not cleaned properly before our arrival. We tried to contact the host multiple times in every possible way, but received no response at all. We were left in a very stressful and uncomfortable situation with a family of seven and no proper place to sleep. This is absolutely not what...

"The check-in staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of storage space and there was a desk with a chair - useful for working. The hotel is at the eastern end of the main street so it is a stroll to the shops and restaurants - of which there are many. Altogether a good place to stay when visiting La Bourboule."
