"Un grand parking. Un bon accueil par une jeune fille en survêtement ! Un lit et des oreillers beaucoup trop ferme. Une tablette de salle de bain en bois, quu s'écaille. Une tele via canal dont l'image n'est pas nette. Menu à 39€ au resto trop élevé selon moi. Acces à une Belle salle de fitness et piscine. Sauna et hammam à 25€ cher aussi. "Perfect place for our group ski trip Beautiful chalet in peaceful yet accessible location. Being able to use the ski locker at the hotel was super helpful and the owners were very welcoming. We will definitely be back! "

"This is an Italian family ski resort hotel, don’t expect anything luxury. The one positive thing was that the have our dog a very nice welcome bag with treats, dog bowl, poop bags, and a bed. That was very much appreciated, but from there the experience went downhill. First of all, even if you’re a guest you have to pay 25€ for the spa and book a time (no more than 45 minutes allowed). Then the restaurant is basically a cafeteria and the food at the buffet doesn’t stay hot… the à la carte menu has nice presentation but poor quality food. And finally, the room did not come with any water to drink nor anything in the mini bar etc. Very very basic, however that is what you can expect for the price. Staff was either young and arrogant or old and tired… they were nice though but almost none of them speak English. Would not recommend unless you want a cheap family friendly ski resort. "

"Easy check in process, it took about 30 mins of queuing, that was ok as there were lots of people Staff extremely helpful. Unfortunately I forgot to book the carpark. It's a must I won't forget again, although there is a very good underground carpark opposite for a very reasonable price. *€8/day Apartment was great, big enough for the two of us. It came with all you would need for a week's skiing. It is literally a few minutes to the slopes, ideal with children. On the way you pass the ski school, ski hire and the ski pass pick up points. Overall a fantastic stay. I will be looking to stay there again."

"The best thing about the Parc Hotel is the location for accessing the ski lifts. The Hotel is situated in the centre of lower part of town so easy to walk to shops, climbing centre and close to bus routes. The rooms are clean and comfortable and staff very attentive and kind. I would recommend this hotel for families. "
