"Was in a hurry to book and didn’t check everything. We also were not informed about breakfast. The room was super dusty I had to go to the clinic to get medicine for my allergies. The sheets looked fresh though. The towel rack was hanging loose in the bathroom (broken). Was hard to communicate."

"1. 주차공간이 매우협소함. 2. 쿠션, 바닥에 이물질 묻음. 3. 카운터 실수로 배실 잘못 배정 받아 풀었던 짐을 다시 싸고 카운터에 내려와 다시 배정 받았음. 다음날 퇴실 할 때 동안 사과 한마디 없었음."
