Be aware that there are two Noli establishments on the same street-can be confusing, especially with a late-night arrival. These are conceived as small apartments, the provided creature comforts are minimal, but adequate. It was a clean and safe area and space.

Well located hotel and maintained adequately. However, this hotel and staff had the worst customer service I have seen after having travelled across the whole of Europe in the last two months. We arrived early and were denied early check in, unless we paid €20 each before 2 pm. Check in was scheduled at 4 pm. That is another appalling hotel policy. Normally hotels check in is normally around 2-3 pm. On checking with the reception they confirmed the rooms were available but ONLY on payment of additional €20 per person. That is abysmal & criminal customer service. I approached the reception at 145 and was denied early check in unless I paid the additional €20 per person. At 205 pm I approached reception again and they permitted the check in without any payment. This is total customer harassment and preying on the customers disadvantage of circumstances. If rooms are available then why should they charge first early check in. Why should rooms cost additional money before 2 pm and early check in allowed immediately after 2 pm. This is ridiculous policy and criminal tourism management. They are preying on the customers adverse circumstances. The next pathetic management is that they do not provide tea/coffee/water for the room. On approaching them we were informed these are transit rooms and not provided the complimentary tea, coffee and water services. This is aggressive hotel and tourist management services. Hotels and tourism rules must change this approach. Very sad treatment

First staff at saw at front desk was rude and not helpful. The other staff was nice.
