This apartment was designed by a traveling family for families. It is very spacious and is ideal for families with children or large groups.
It is part of a medium-sized complex with a communal pool and is located on the ground floor, just one floor above the pool garden. It can accommodate up to 7 people + one child.
It consists of 3 comfortable bedrooms (2 doubles - 1 with private bathroom and 1 room with 3 bunk beds).
The sofa in the living room is very large and comfortable, so we can accommodate an extra person on request.
The appliances and furniture are very modern and in excellent condition (including a washer and dryer).
The living room overlooks a beautiful garden with a pool and the Gozitan countryside, including a traditional windmill.
Guests can use the pool at no extra charge, and we also offer pool chairs, deck chairs, pool towels, umbrella, plastic cups, cutlery and dishes, etc...
There are 2 terraces (one for hanging laundry) and a larger one with wooden table and chairs.
The apartment is located on a nice clean and quiet street with plenty of parking spaces to use for free.
The apartment is only a 7-minute walk from the beautiful Qala Square, which has become the most popular place to enjoy a night out and meet great people locally and from all over the world.
In addition, some of the most beautiful beaches and walking paths such as Hondoq ir-rummien, Dahlet Qorrot, Ramla bay etc. are within walking or driving distance.
If you like to watch sunrises, the sunrise from Ras il-Qala will certainly not disappoint you.
The apartment is available for long rentals in the fall and winter.

To make the apartment more accessible, we have installed a key safe inside so that guests can check in and out independently if we cannot meet them in person.
The check-in time can be flexible depending on previous and future reservations.
Check-out is strictly at 10 a.m. unless otherwise agreed, but please ask us for late check-out and we will try to accommodate you where possible.

Most guests staying in Gozo rent a car, but for those who do not, getting to the apartment is very easy by public transportation.
There are frequent direct buses from the airport to Cirkewwa (Gozo Ferry) and direct buses from Mgarr (Gozo Ferry terminal) to Qala.
Qala is most definetly one of the nicest villages and one of the best (if not the best) bases in Gozo.
In recent years, the square in Qala has become he favourite place to hang out for locals, Maltese and foreigners alike.
There are at least 7 very good bars and restaurants to choose from. Our favourire restaurant is Ta' Vestru and our favourite bar is Zeppi's, one of the best bars in Malta & Gozo to interact with both locals, Maltese and foreigners.
=Qala is very close to beaches like Hondoq ir-Rummien, Dahlet Qorrot, Ramla Bay etc... Just 5 mins. drive from the harbour ad 10 to Victoria.
The closest ATM machne is in the village of Nadur, just 4 mins drive from the apartment.
There's a number of grocery shops in Qala and plenty of large supermarkets in the surrounding villages and in Victoria.
For those who like nature and walks, Qala is a great base since it is surrounded with nature and walks 360 degrees.
Our (Your) apartment is situated in a nice, clean, friendly and quite neighbourhood.
The apartment is far enough from the street so traffic noise is unexisting.
The bus stops to go Mgarr Harbour and Victoria are three minutes walk from the apartment.
Plenty of free parking spaces nearby. On the way from Mgarr Harbour to the apartment there's a good supermarket (one minute drive away from the harbour) where guests can make their shopping before checking in.
Very important notes before booking:
1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.
2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.
3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.
4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.
5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.
6. What is included in the apartment.
- Shower gel
- Plate liquid soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
8. NO PETS ALLOWED.
9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.
10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
