The House Boutique Suites

"This was my first time staying at The House Boutique Suites in Amman, Jordan. First thing I want to say is, WoW! Upon arrival I felt like I was walking into a palace. The high ceiling, comfortable sitting areas and welcoming Reception area was amazing! What a great team! I have traveled all over the world and I know what VIP Service is. The House Boutique Suites in Amman, Jordan exceeded my expectations by far, and now I will be customer for life. 5 stars for cleanliness, friendliness, efficiency and the breakfast was amazing! Everything in the restaurant looks extremely clean, fresh and consistent, not to mention delicious. Jinky, the Food Service Supervisor, and her staff were always greeting us with the biggest smiles on their faces. I would like to thank all of the Doormen for their great attitudes and welcoming demeanor. Also, the Security personal for their friendliness and attention to the safety of the guests. The head of Security, Khlaid, was always very polite and courteous. The Housekeeping, staff, Yaser and his supervisor Amal, for making sure our 1 bedroom unit (with the most beautiful view of Amman ) was spotless. Housekeeping was always ready to meet our needs when needed. Lastly, the Reception Desk staff including Management, Hiba, Moustafa and others for their efficient and pleasant check in and out. They made sure my family and I are welcomed with genuine smiles and sincerity. I am so proud of all of you. You made my stay exceptional. love&kisses Thank you"

"I had a good stay here on my last night in Jordan. The location is perfect to see the main sights. I wish I had 2 days there actually. The room was clean and the wifi was good. No complaints except maybe the smoke smell in hallways. The staff were friendly though."
