"Positives: Cleanliness: the hotel, the rooms and the facilities are really clean. The pool is lovely and the choice of indoor and outdoor ones make it a good variety. Kids club: Amazing people who look after your kids and they have such a variety to activities to entertain them. The kids kept wanting to go back (which made sightseeing hard!) "Great stay with family and friends. Good location and close to shops, restaurants and ice cream. Two small pools in the hotel great for a chill day. Parking can be tricky at times due to space but we were always lucky enough to find some street parking close then the car park was full. "

"Very basic accommodation although we found everything we needed was there. Spotless clean towels and bedding, as was the apartment. Staff at the property so helpful and friendly. Building work going on right next to the apartment block but atm I dont think there are many hotels/apartments in Qawra/Bugibba that havent got building work going on by them....."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Santana. I came on my own with my 2 children and felt really safe. The hotel staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent and location was perfect for wandering around or getting buses. "

"This hotel was amazing, especially for the price. It's a bit older and I did have an issue with the water kettle, if I tried to use it, the power would go out for like 10 minutes. I could have complained about it but it really wasn't an issue for me. Breakfast was great and the place was very clean. The pool was really nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again."
