"Ellis on reception, and Andy on the bar are great members of staff. Room was bright and clean, and had everything we needed. Good shower, comfortable bed, a safe, and a fridge that was restocked daily with bottled water. Good location, near some bars and a mall. Excellent laundry facilities at the sister hotel too. The only reason the review isn't 5 stars is due to the issues trying to get served at the bar and having to locate staff to order food and drinks."

"I have stayed in this hotel many times, and I also introduced my friends to live here. First of all, this hotel is convenient for travel. It is very close to Hongqiao Airport and high-speed rail, and many restaurants and shopping nearby are not far away. The accommodation conditions are very clean, the front desk hall is very spacious, the accommodation price is reasonable, the front desk service staff is very polite, the concierge department helps to collect express delivery and takeaway, which is very convenient, and there is also a robot delivery service, which is safe and convenient. I will stay here every time I come to Shanghai. The Chinese and Western buffet breakfast is rich in food and fresh ingredients. Different races and ages can choose to match your own DIY breakfast. If you like fitness, it is right to choose to stay here. The gym is very large, open from 6am to 10pm in the evening. The fitness equipment is very complete. There are also personal trainers to customize your fitness courses, which also help you relax your muscles and drain acid. You can still swim after fitness. There are two lifeguards on duty , which is very safe. It doesn't matter if you don't know how to swim. There are personal swimming instructors here all day long to teach you how to swim. For individual travel, family travel, group travel, and long-term business activities, staying here is the best choice."
