"This house is beautiful and immaculate and the owner had thought of everything for all ages from high chairs and travel cots to a shower seat in the walk-in shower. The location was ideal to so many places. The owner is lovely and was quick to resolve any issues. Unfortunately the house itself seems to be the only part of the property that has been renovated and what will be a lovely fairy garden, replete with waterfalls, was marred by construction rubbish. The owner checked us in and was very helpful in showing us our apartment, helping us carry luggage and the extras of having printed information for nearby villages, etc. The property was so relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. "just a one night stay for ferry next morning. check in was a dream. the swimming pool was possibly the best hotel pool sauna steam room and jaccuzi ive ever been to. and the restaurant for dinner warm and friendly. the food was good too.

It is an older building, which has its pros and cons - quirky and full of character, though the bathroom area in our room was on the small side. The location is lovely, very close to the waterfront with good views, but the town and its amenities are on the other side of quite a long bridge. Would recommend overall."
