"The place is very nice and in a good location. For the price, the room should be cleaned every day, not every other day. Even on one of the cleaning days, we got no new tissue, so we had to go get that ourselves when we ran out. The breakfast is not good at all. On my first and only day trying it, I started with a bite of what turned out to be ice-cold powdered eggs. The coffee is good though. Guests are supposed to get $20 credit each night for items purchased from the market or drinks at the bar. One of our nights' credit was omitted, so I'm still waiting for that to be resolved. If you like dogs, lots of guests bring very nice friendly ones."

"Our stay was a quick weekend getaway and I wish I knew how great the place was before we booked. I would have booked a couple more days! It’s located in a perfect, beautiful location right off the mountain. The amenities were such a plus; great pool/hot tubs, bowling, billiards and restaurant bar. We hope to go back in the winter!!"

"Our family had a great time and really enjoyed the house. The location was perfect for us -- quiet but just a 1-block stroll to anything downtown Breck has to offer. It's a nice big house with two separate two-bedroom suites upstairs, two bedrooms on the first floor, and a very private and large bedroom in the basement. It's an older house so some of the bathrooms are smaller, but the kitchen is beautifully modern and well-appointed (with coffee!). All the towels, linens, soaps, shampoos, lotions, etc., are there as you'd expect at this price point. The decorations and interior design were great. I called twice for assistance and both times I could reach a human being on the line who was very helpful and solved my problem."

"The garage space was perfect for storing our bikes. Loved the location, within walking distance to morning coffee all our evening outings. Kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed for cooking the food we brought. Having a washer and dryer was great for washing biking clothes and any other sweaty gear as needed."
