We had a late check-in and front desk very helpfull. I requested two rooms side by side thru Expedia and was not clear to hotel. She was able to accommodate the request. The staff was kind, clean rooms and very informative on guiding us to dining and city landmarks. Will stay again. Great experience.

Only 1 out of 4 elevators worked for most of our stay and the hotel was busy . Sometimes we waited up to 15 minutes for an elevator down.
Shower water would not get sufficiently hot (bath and sink were fine).
Cannot use personal streaming accounts.
Lights and phone were high tech and difficult to use .
