"Our room was upgraded to a beautiful suite on arrival and the staff in all areas (bar, restaurant, reception and Haute Living Room ) simply couldn’t do enough for you. Access to Haute Living Room sets this hotel apart from others. This our third stay here and I would say that this has been the best experience so far. We’ll be back!"

"Good little apartment for exploring the Algarve and local area. Within walking distance of some local restaurants. The apartment was practical, the decor a little dated, although the kitchen and bathroom were nice. We had a few bugs get in, but being on the ground floor probably makes it more susceptible. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked ourselves 2 evening meals, and kept a stock of breakfast food. The pool area was ideal, not huge but the right size for the number of guests there. Having the bar right next to it is handy. We only ate at the bar/restaurant twice, the food was nice possibly a bit overpriced. We at out several times. Overall if you're wanting somewhere basic to stay to explore the area we would recommend Pinhal da Marina."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
