"Villa is well appointed, in a quiet area, close to local supermarket, restaurants and beach. Villa is very well equipped, with everything needed for our stay. Great space both indoors and outside. Attention to detail, loose toilet seats and toilet roll holders, could be corrected before rental."

"The pictures of the property write wonderful as well as the description , though the property was better on all fronts with only one exception. - internet could have been more reliable. However, given the other amenities and attention to detail, we gladly overlooked this issue. We throughly enjoyed our visit. "

"Service on arrival very poor. Instructions on location of property wrong. Map on instructions was wrong and name of villa did not make it clear it was the Vilamoura country club resulting in 2 wasted taxi to wrong sites. Villa lovely but shower leaking and mouldy in cubicle "

"Large garden with tennis court, volley ball, table tennis and pool Various board games available. Great property for wide range all ages. We had an issue with electric but this was dealt with in 15 minutes by the booking agent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family groups, Entrance patio leading to property could be improved with additional lighting."

"Villa Vivara was an amazing base for our holiday in the Algarve. The house is in a very peaceful neighbourhood but still close to everything – beaches, restaurants, and especially golf! We booked it as two couples with kids and the layout was ideal. The bedrooms are spacious and private, and the whole property is spotless and very well maintained. "Amazing!! The villa is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms and a stunning outdoor area. The heated pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing under the sun. We also loved the BBQ area for outdoor dinners and the ping-pong table for some fun. The location in Vilamoura is unbeatable—peaceful yet close to everything. Highly recommend for a luxurious and relaxing getaway!"
