I found the staff to be very rude and unprofessional. They kept saying, “We don’t speak English, speak French instead.” I find it unacceptable that hotel staff cannot communicate in English. This hotel only cares about taking money from its customers, not about providing proper service or treating guests with respect.

Outside hotel grounds terribly unkept and smelt of bins. Pool area awful not as shown in photos. Room clean but tired and bathroom needing a deep clean. Only ok thing about this hotel was the staff working the breakfast area. Also when we booked in tried to cancel our last night as our plans had changed and were told by management that we would not be

The parking at check in is awful, for it is located at busy area, and there is no dedicated parking for check in. another thing i felt is missing if the hook in the bathroom, only one. "Fab hotel with really friendly staff. Room was spacious for the four of us. Bathroom was huge! So close to station which was ideal for early train. Couple of bakeries next door for cheap pastries. Would stay again."
