Especially if you stay under the terrace, you can hear the chairs being pushed back and forth all the time. I can't understand why the riad managers don't do anything about this. The rooms are really very small and unfortunately musty due to humidity (we had to change rooms). The staff are really nice and make an effort. Unfortunately, they can't help the circumstances. The location is good. The breakfast has very little choice and is almost always the same. The riad managers can certainly make a big difference here with small changes. The riad is beyond stunning, relaxing and every staff made our experience 10/10. Big shout out to the manager (feel awful now for forgetting his name!) nothing was too big of an ask, helped us understand Marrakesh, where to go etc. breakfast was lovely, room was beautiful and bed and new towels on most days. I want to start by saying the staff was extremely welcoming , helpful and funny. We got lost at night while at the market and could not find our way back and one of the staff members found us, picked us up, made us feel safe and brought us back to our hotel free of charge. I want to give a special thank you to him. @yadane84 I also want to thank the ladies who performed the Hamman and massage. Very comforting, relaxing and peaceful. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
