A jewel by the sea, attic with Wf
- New apartment, finely finished and furnished, new kitchen in ivory solid wood, chest and small windows of typical Sardinian manufacture, have been finely hand-carved by local workers; the decorations of the ceramics, the lamps and the ceramic accessories are exclusive paintings hand from the "Mediterranean" art workshop.
Located inside the top floor of a house with garden with exit directly to the sea, independent entrance on an external staircase, sea view terrace with barbecue and table, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, large bathroom, laundry room with washing machine, temperature controlled, very bright, one double bedroom with sloping ceilings with the possibility of a cot, and a bedroom for 2 people. Beach towels and umbrella available, unlimited Internet connection
Street served by public transport.
The 1Q bus stops just below the house offering a continuous service with the city of Quartu.
