  • Ideal for a couple or a small family (1–2 children), perfect for short stays. Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bedroom; living room with 2 separate single beds (sofa and independent pull-out bed). Please see the photos for the layout of the spaces.



    Just a 5-minute walk (200 m) from the beach with direct access: small 55 m² cottage with Mediterranean garden, located in a residence on the Golfo degli Angeli (Santa Luria – Quartu Sant’Elena). You are 25 minutes from Cagliari airport and 20 minutes from the city center.



    Interiors: living room, compact and well-equipped kitchenette, 1 bathroom, Wi-Fi and TV.

    Exteriors: well-kept private garden and covered veranda with barbecue and furniture, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and evening aperitifs.



    Nearby amenities: supermarket, restaurants, pizzeria, ATM and post office at 600 m; other shops and cafés 4 minutes by car. Sports center (tennis, football, basketball, volleyball) 10 minutes on foot; in summer, beach kiosk. Crystal-clear sea, especially beautiful in the morning.



    Places to visit: Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Villasimius and Costa Rei.

    Free parking inside the property and on the street; bus stop 8 minutes on foot. Space for bikes and motorbikes in the garden. Bed linen and towels included.
