Schön gelegenes Haus bei Cagliari

Wir sind schon zum zweiten Mal da gewesen und fanden es wieder sehr schön. Man kann alle Ziele wie Villasimius oder Costa Rai schnell erreichen.Das Haus biete Platz für drei Personen und hat alles nötige was man braucht. Eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es leider nicht.Wer Tiere mag ist dort auch Gold richtig, es gibt zwei liebe Katzen und zwei tolle Hunde Wir überlegen schon, nächstes Jahr wieder ins gleiche Haus zu gehen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft👍

Das Haus liegt wunderschön oberhalb am Berg. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer und die Stadt Cagliari. Der Vermieter Paolo wohnt nebenan und war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist super gut eingerichtet und hat alles was braucht zum kochen. Für manche könnten die Küchenutensilien nicht ausreichen, da diese sehr gering zur Verfügung stehen. Uns hat es aber gelangt. Am besten sind für unsere Tochter und auch für uns die lieben und zutraulichen Tiere gewesen. Da wären zum einen die zwei Katzen Pi und Tabby. Sowie die drei Hunde Berta, Nappo und Ettore. Auch waren Hühner vor Ort und Pferde nebenan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gerne hier her zurückkommen. Auch war es für uns ideal, viele Ausflüge von dort aus zu starten.

Wunderschönes Anwesen mit netten Tieren

Wir waren von der schönen und gepflegten Anlage von Anfang an begeistert. Paolo und seine Familie halten diese Anlage in einem hervoragendem Zustand. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, besonders gut funktioniert die Klimianlagen, das ist in Ferienhäusern nicht immer selbstverständlich. Die Hauptakteure waren aber die vierbeinigen Mitbewohner, 3 Hunde, 2 Pferde, 1 Huhn und 2+1 Katzen. 1 Katze war eine Streunerin die nicht zum Haus gehörte. Wir haben sie 2 Wochen gehegt und gepflegt. Wir hoffen sie ist jetzt wieder stark genug um sich in der Wildnis durchzusetzten. Der schwarze Hund ist schon etwas älter, und freut sich sichtlich, wenn man sich mit ihm abgibt, er ist halt nicht so aufdringlich wie die 2 jungen weißen Hunde. Wir sich erst gestern ausgezogen, und vermissen die Tiere jetzt schon. Wir wissen nicht was so kommt im Leben, aber wir würde euch gerne wieder besuchen.

Agréable maison calme et reposante avec un jardin ou les enfants sont heureux.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Paolo. Lui et sa famille sont discret et le séjour dans sa maison est calme et reposant. Les enfants ont été enchanté de voir tout les animaux présents et sont répartis pleins de souvenirs. Que dire de cette vue magique sur la mer ou le petit déjeuner est si agréable et le coucher de soleil splendide.

Paradis sur terre

Merci Paolo de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans ta maison si accueillante, belle, chaleureuse et où tout est décoré et arrangé avec soin et où partout on peut lire votre désir à ta femme et toi, de faire aimer votre propriété et votre pays. Si le paradis existait sur terre, pour nous il serait chez vous 2, car tout y est parfait y compris la qualité de votre accueil, l'envie de faire plaisir, la longue conversation du soir sous le ciel étoilé et face à cette vue magnifique. ein besonders schöner Urlaub

ich bin mit meinen 2 Töchtern angereist & 3 Tage später kamen noch 3 Familien Mitglieder dazu. Das Haus war sehr gross und jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort. Der Pool war wunderschön und immer sauber gehalten. Generell hatte der Gastgeber der Nebenan mit seiner Familie wohnt immer ein Auge auf den gepflegten Garten und war jederzeit für Fragen offen. Die volle Privatsphäre hatten wir zwar nicht so wie wir erwartet hatten, da die Gastgeberwohnung nur durch unseren Bereich passierbar war & das Appartement in der Nähe Zugriff auf den Pool hatte, aber trotzdem war das Haus und Umgebung so schön & ruhig, dass es im Ganzen unsere Erwartungen übertraf. Meine Kinder wollten da nicht mehr weg & sogar mir viel es schwer Abschied zu nehmen. Preis-/Leistung absolut gewährleistet:) wir wollen auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Mietwagen ist ein muss

Great place with an even better view

This was a great find! First of, Paolo was a very reliable host who was easy to communicate with and lives very close to the house. Every question we asked was answered very quickly. The property sits on top of a hill with a view of the bay. The balcony on top of the place was picture perfect for lack of a better description. Although it was a little chilly when we were there (mid Jan), we still went outside with our coffees and watch the sun come up. The house itself has essentially three floors. The bottom has the kitchen, dining and a living area with a TV. The other bathroom is located down there as well. The second floor has also another bathroom with a bigger living area that has a pullout couch that two of my kids slept on. The third is where the bedrooms are. Right in front of the master bedroom are stairs that lead out to the balcony that I mentioned earlier. Paolo had a big bottle of water and some snacks ready when we met him at the place which saved us because by the time we were done dealing with the rental place at the airport, all stores/markets were closed on the island. He also gave us some ideas of places to go and hangout as well as eat (it was off season so most places were closed). The only slight negative thing I'd add here is the road leading up to the place. It's quite narrow and GPS stated that we had arrived at somebody place at the bottom of the hill. If you haven't climbed up a fairly steep road that looks like it's leading to nowhere, you are not there yet. I would love to come back to this place in the summer; it was such a lovely stay. Paradies

Wir haben insgesamt eine wunderbare Woche bei Paolo verbracht. Das Haus, die Umgebung sowie die Gastfreundlichkeit des Vermieters ist lobenswert. Das Haus liegt auf einem Berg, von wo man die ganze Stadt sowie die Küste bewundern sowie die Sonnenauf- und untergänge genießen kann. Ein wunderschöner Garten und der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Unterkunft ist sehr tierfreundlich. Paolos Hunde, Kätzchen und sein Pferd sind die Highlights des Hauses. Es ist ein Paradies auf Erden. Probiert es aus und Ihr werdet begeistert sein. In der Nähe liegt ein Hafen, wo man Bote ausleihen kann. Supermarkt sowie Restaurants sind auch in unmittelbare Nähe. Man benötigt dennoch einen Leihwagen. Lieben Dank Paolo! Schönes Ferienhaus mit ausgefallenem Ambiente

Wir waren 4 Nächte in diesem Ferienhaus mit 4 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Haus und Grundstück gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Paolo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, der sich super um uns gekümmert hat. Es gibt viele Tiere auf dem Grundstück. Mehrere Hunde und Katzen sind immer anwesend, aber gut erzogen und sehr relaxed. Gerne wieder.

Jolie villa sur les hauteurs avec vue panoramique splendide

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dernièrement dans cette villa décorée avec goût et possédant tout l'équipement nécessaire. On constate très vite que les propriétaires mettent beaucoup de cœur à la décoration intérieure et extérieure ainsi qu'à l'entretien de celle-ci. Petit havre de paix d'autant plus si vous appréciez les animaux qui font la joie des enfants. L'extérieur est magnifique ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Paolo qui a su nous venir en aide lorsqu'on l'a sollicité. Nous recommandons ce lieu de vacances très dépaysant ; Grazzie !

Pittoresk, beste uitzicht wensbaar, Italiaanse gastvrijheid

Het huis is lastig vindbaar maar Paolo kwam ons vriendelijk opikken. Het huis is authentiek ingericht met voldoende modern leefcomfort (WiFi voor kids, airco’s). De keuken is alsof je in oud Italië waant. In de avond kan je heerlijk op het dakterras genieten van je eigen gemaakte diner. De aanwezigheid van wat (huis)dieren is schattig maar niet hinderlijk . De kids vonden de poezen suoerlief en speelde er veel mee. Voorzieningen zijn er op 5 minuten afstand en er zijn circa 6 restaurantjes, 2 bakkers en 3supermarkten nabij. Cagliari is leuk voor een bezoek maar de echte aanrader zijn toch de spiaggis (stranden). WoW ! Wat zijn deze mooi.

Logement extraordinaire

Un logement sur quatre niveaux, au top, très propre, très bien entretenu disposant de tout le nécessaire pour passer d'excellente vacances. Dispose d'une terrasse panoramique sur la mer et les montagnes. Coucher du soleil à couper le souffle. La piscine est parfaite et très bien entretenue. Très beau jardin coloré. Présence de nombreux animaux qui ont fait la joie de nos trois enfants. L'habitation, retirée de l'animation, permet une tranquillité absolue. Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont très discrets et pourtant toujours à notre disposition. Très bons contacts avec eux, lesquels sont très serviables. Nous recommandons ce logement en tout point. Merci Rosaria et Paolo de nous avoir permis de passer de si belles vacances dans votre magnifique pays ;-).

Super!

Woning gelegen op de top van een heuvel met een spectaculair zicht over de baai van Cagliari. Er heerst een ongedwongen sfeer op het erf, mede te danken aan de aanwezigheid van behoorlijk wat dieren, (paard, ezel, lama, geiten, ganzen, kippen,..katten en 2 lieve honden). De dieren waren voor ons een absolute meerwaarde. Perfecte ontvangst door Paolo en zijn jong gezin!

Sehr schöne Anlage

Das Haus Niu Crobu Müssen wir wirklich 5 Sterne geben es war echt schön :-) Haben mit Insgesamt vier Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort Urlaub gemacht es war echt super. Man ist schnell am Strand und man kann auch schön am Pool entspannen und Abends auf dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen.Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen und kommen auch sehr gerne wieder :-)
