La note actuelle nous paraît surévaluée. Le gros avantage de cette location est la proximité avec la plage. Parking pour la voiture. L'accès depuis la route jusqu'à la location est rock and roll. Chemin non goudronné bourré de méga trous. Quartier calme qui s'anime le week-end. L'appartement du rez-de-chaussée a 2 chambres mais correspond plus à une location pour un couple avec enfants car 2eme chambre petite avec lit superposés et matelas prévu pour des enfants. Pour un peu plus de confort j'ai superposé les 2 matelas. Un canapé lit ou un lit coffre serait bien plus pratique. Climatisation uniquement dans la chambre parentale . Belle salle de bain. Pas de four. Celui en place sert à stocker les casseroles !! Pas de grande cuisine et pour le rangement c'est un peu juste. Le jardin manque d'entretien et c'est bien dommage. Nous avons dû enlever les feuilles tombées depuis un certain temps et nettoyer le salon de jardin a notre arrivée. Pas de chaise longue. Pas de vue sur mer même à l'étage avec la vegetation. Pas de barbecue. Lave linge collectif au 3 appartements et payant. Prises électriques inadaptées pour nos tel et autres, un seul adapteur dans cuisine. Nous en avons acheté 2 mais dans toutes les pièces çà serait mieux. Il faut y aller l'été car à l'inter saison, il n'y a que la cuisine pour s'installer sur des chaises. Télé non connectée. Manque un livret accueil. Accueil assez impersonnel. Une lumière extérieure un peu plus forte serait bien.

Abbiamo soggiornato 10 giorni con mio marito l'appartamento lo abbiamo trovato pulito e grazioso , spazi ideali. Il giardino aveva bisogno di più cura (potatura e qualche piccolo ritocco) zona silenziosa e tranquilla vicinissimo al mare, ma per raggiungere l'appartamento la strada purtroppo non è delle migliori . Contatti con l' host tramite whatsapp con risposte immediate alle richieste, gentilissima. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene .

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno. L'appartamento è estremamente funzionale, soggiorno con cucina provvista di tutto il necessario, bagno con doccia e senza alcun problema per l'acqua calda, camera comoda e confortevole, provvista di impianto AC (che non abbiamo utilizzato). Parcheggio per l'auto riservato a pochi metri dall'abitazione. Abbiamo molto apprezzato un piccolo spazio esterno che abbiamo utilizzato tutte le mattine per la colazione. Con Barbara, l'host, ci siamo sentiti senza problemi via Whatsapp e ai nostri messaggi ha sempre risposto in maniera tempestiva, cordiale ed efficiente.Insomma... tutto molto OK.

Nous avons été très surpris par l'humidité qui régnait dans cette maison.Particulièrement dans les chambres qui enregistraient un taux d'humidité de 98 % !J'ai souffert pendant toute cette semaine de douleurs articulaires aigües.Le "séjour cuisine" est très petit et pas très confortable : Pas de fauteuil, des chaises très dures.Nous avons été surpris que le four installé ne fonctionne pas, juste le micro onde, C'est très dommage pour réchauffer une pizza locale ...Cette maison doit être très agréable en été, il faut juste le savoir !

Acqua o Sole Sardegna mia sempre uno splendore

Trascorsi,in questa circostanza ,soli alcuni giorni in Sardegna. Abbiamo avuto il piacere di incappare nel sito Home Way e di usufruire di una casa in Sardegna ( CA) a noi molto gradita. Immersi nel verde giardino con tutti i confort,interni impreziositi dall'artigianato del luogo e buon gusto dei proprietari. Una menzione Speciale per Gianfranco, Barbara e famiglia. Attenzione, premura e calore, sono Orgoglio di un luogo e Terra millenaria di grande fascino. Grazie. Speriamo di rivederci presto. Angelo.
