About this property

Charming little gem with breathtaking views of the sea.

  • “A small, lovingly renovated gem with a breathtaking view of the sparkling sea. Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday in a stylish setting—with a modern new kitchen and induction stove, air conditioning, a comfortable bathroom with a built-in bidet, and a shaded terrace, perfect for long summer evenings.

Walk to the sea in the morning, enjoy the sunset with a sea breeze in the evening: The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and the beautiful Mari Pintau Beach is about a 20-minute walk away. A cosy café/bar is located nearby. Two private parking spaces ensure an even more relaxing stay.

A place to unwind, take a deep breath, and enjoy the Sardinian way of life."
